Color base is a nail hardening product that you can use to protect your brittle nails. Also called “rubber base”, this product requires firing with an Angelic lamp and a finish of your choice. You can use it as a color base for your regular manicure or your French manicure and apply a gel polish from the category of your choice to the tip of your nail.

Base color should definitely be worn under gel polish or topcoat, otherwise you will be left with a sticky texture on your nails.
Our color bases are a product DESIGNED IN QUEBEC and they are VEGAN certified by the Vegan Awareness Foundation (Vegan Action), the most reliable and best recognized vegan certification in North America. Our products therefore do not contain any animal products or by-products, no GMOs and have not been tested on animals.

Application
1. Prepare the natural nail, i.e. push the cuticles, file the natural nail and pass the buffing block over the entire surface of the nail.
2. Apply color base and bake with Angelic lamp (time is depending on your lamp power 6W or 24-48W) *repeat step if necessary*
3. Apply an Angelic finish of your choice (glossy, matte or velvety) and bake according to the power of your lamp 6W or 24-48W. *This step can be replaced by a 3 in 1 gel polish or another category.
